Your SPC file doesn't have any actual music data in it: instead, the way it was exported, it looks like C700 split it into a .spc file that relies on a ROM and a Script700 file. Please reconfigure it for a ROM export and resubmit the file, because otherwise, the SPC file effectively has unrecoverable music data.
