Practice working with reverbs and you'll get a better result, the ideas in this are excellent.

also a more contrasting distinguishing of volume between the reverberated outbursts could create a better build up and release type effect. kind of makes me want to try one like this actually. in fact, a sound effect competition would be a fun thing... hmmm... hey langel, we should have a sound effect compo, where there are a listed number of sounds we should make for designated actions or entities, such as, like, make sounds with the given samples for the following actions...
jump
breathing
sexual intercourse
fighting
opening beer can
etc...
that would be fun!!!!!
