trust me, i used to be dogshit at music in general 2 years ago. don't be ashamed of the mistakes and bad things you make -- rather, learn from them, take from them what you did right and what you did wrong, and i can guarantee you that you will be much better at this in several months or so. greatness isn't instant, after all.

This is a nice melody! I'd say since this seems to have that "grand adventure" feel that reminds me of Shovel Knight, harmonization would've done a lot for this little piece :)
