this isn't the BEST way, but you could try this:
https://www.msx.org/news/en/vgmplay-msx-12-released
you could log your song as VGM in 0CC; use VGMTools tools to change whatever you need to do to the VGM to make sure it's using AY registers (if needed); resubmit the fixed VGM; and see if IAmATrackMan will do a record for you on his MSX.
