Incredible sounds, energy, and frantic atmosphere. I think this is the first perfect 35 I've given so far (46% through voting).
"Also known as the Sun! A *soon to be* red giant!", the announcer in tape recording exclaimed.
The Kepler search ship crew looked back through the window at the single distant point that they once called home, now essentially just one giant blazing ball in the vast nothingness.
"When exactly are we arriving, captain..?", one of the crew members asked.
"It'll be a surprise if we'd be alive upon arrival.", the captain replied back.
~ END OF DOWNER ~
Not sure what went in my head when I was making this, but it somehow sounds listenable.
Context is a very powerful thing, it is undeniable.
Something also went around my head about how this track sounded like, and I quote: "A track that would play for a competitive tetris-like game final boss where their AI was deliberately programmed to be capable of consistently building DT cannons back to back"
Also yeah uh something's wrong with the Dn-FT NSF export and the intricate patch switching's kind of muddled, so I guess I'll have to either re-export (ouch) or find a new fork of NSFplay that has actually good emulation.
Until then, have a slightly scuffed render with slightly awful mixing.
