Thanks Midori. Yeah the bassline is all played live on my bass guitar (with one or two wrong note pitch shifted into the right place) and the solos were all played on my midi keyboard (with some time shifting to fix bad timing in some parts). Some of the synth chords were sequenced though

I basically recorded an improv bassline and then built the rest of the song on top of it.
