i want to try a kind of scc as well, but using only 32 bytes (8bit) samples and envelopes ("instruments", instead of using large samples), just like those "originals" from konami (it can be done on milkytracker and openpt, not sure about schism) - i'm curious about submitting to 8k tracker module instead - for sure you can do it way better than me! :) (the idea is making them easier to convert, to vgm for example, and play on real msx hardware - i guess it would be really cool)

These drum samples are tight. The upbeat chord progression reminds me of a PC98 strategy game title screen.
