Fugitives from the nuclear deserts have breaken into the Schwarzenegger City Block again, and are spreading havoc in the lower levels.
Arbiter Joseph, the Ultimate Justice, is watching. The engine roars menacingly as he arrives to a plain that used to be a parking lot in the old times before the Judgement Day.
"Giga City municipal code 80085: Damaging public property", shouts the Arbiter in a strict manner as his sharp vision catches two fleeing wrongoers leaving from the building.
"Oh shit! It's the arbiter", one of them says and hops on his tribike.
Arbiter Joseph unsheates his Instrument of Just and aims carefully.
