did you miss the title of the compo bud

I know it's TIC-80 and I read the rules. It says only originals allowed, and not covers.

Since nobody's bothered to clear it up explicitly, I'll bear the bad news: @StinkerB06, this compo is a game jam, not a music compo, so you're supposed to submit a game.

In fairness, the linked Lyceum article for tic-80 talks exclusively about the sound chip, so between that and the usual one-size-fits-all-ish major compo rules ("all tunes will be rendered to MP3 et.al), I can totally see where the confusion is from.
