TWO SN7s?! SIGN ME UP.
a .vgm format battle using dual sn76489
suggested categories (can be changed/improved): "megumibility" (instead of sonicability), "instrumentalities", "furnaceness" (instead of sneveness) and "sega in pants" - "channel economy" doesn't make much sense, as dual sn76489 provides 8 channels (6 tone and 2 noise channels), so what could be used instead as category?
this chip battle art submission is admittedly inspired on @Galgox Sega Master Major! ;) ( https://battleofthebits.com/arena/Entry/Sega+Master+Major/36291/ ) - this major theme is also inspired from https://battleofthebits.com/arena/Battle/5004/Vomitorium/Sega+Master+System
recommended tools (as the submission format will be in vgm format, mostly because embedded vgm files can be played in this arcade system ):
- furnace tracker (might be the easier way - also available by default from Menu:New:ArcadeSystems:SegaSystemE - from those available options, note that no System E games were released with ym2413 fm expansion, so avoid using them, use dual sn76489 only )
- your own tools that could export/convert/generate to dual sn76489 vgm files (just like https://notabug.org/nitrofurano/vgm2vortextracker/src/master/microtonalcsvvgmtracker/sn76489x2 )
- etc. (please let me know if anything else exists! ;) )
