Rainforest 3D
a rainforest themed slammer for a fictional late 90's to early 2000's video game called Rainforest 3D, monkeys and stuff.
Instrumentation is set out to emulate the sounds of early MIDI used for game OSTs during the 90s especially, but specifically here I am imitating the Kawai K1, a 1988 synthesizer that sounds really frickin cool.
I used a mixture of Nil's Kawai K1v FREE VST and Microsoft General Midi soundfont via Fruity Soundfont Player to make this song, DAW is FL Studio.

edit: I understand if the MSGS and its low-end traits is part of the aesthetics of this track, but I would've loved to render those stems on my SC-88VL and send them over to you for a 90s HiFi ROMpler edition of this track! Just need one who has the hardware Kawai K1(M), there's maybe somebody in the DTM MIDI Central discord who has it :D
