Size does matter. In this case, small size. This battle is all about filesize restrictions, without other fancy formats getting in the way like it happens every winter, spring, and summer. (Now that I think about it, wouldn't this be a cool battle to have in the fall)

Make the most of the tiny space with clever tracker tricks, crunching scripts, even picking the right file format for the job, as long as the file is playable the sky is the limit. (And the file size, of course.)
