OPL2.1, aka "HELLA.RAD"

This was written in the hack of RAD Tracker that gives you 8 waveforms instead of the usual 4 (RADOPL3.EXE, straight from here), but otherwise it's still your standard OPL2, 2-OP business.

I wrote it in RAD Tracker in DOSBox, and exported the audio directly from DOSBox so sorry about the baseline high frequency noise, and for you purists sorry about the inaccuracies of the emulation.
