this is a super groovy track, i love what you made and welcome to the site, but this is the nsf_classic format - 2A03 only with no DPCM, and this uses multiple expansion chips, so it is sadly not a legal entry for the format. you can read more about the formats on our lyceum (which is like our wiki)!

Ah, too bad this entry is illegal. The fm instruments were a nice addition and add to the sci-fi feel.
