I interpreted "no previously released tracks" to mean, well, no releasing a track that has already been released. This PC Engine version has never been released.

However, it surely must be counted as a cover of my previous work, and to that end I too agree that it is an illegal entry.

Alas, there seems to be no way for me to remove it from the compo. Can ye admin types remove it?

iterating over your own work, if it wasnt released in other compos before, is probably fairgame, which means this entry is far from being illegal!
