Our boat speeds out beyond the horizon toward unknowns. The sensation of an ending lingers, but we rush toward a beginning amongst uncertain dangers. The bow cuts through every wave like a dagger, creating sprays of water just as sharp. This journey will be as fraught as the destination, but I look forward to all of it
