ZX Spectrum 48K with AY-interface.
Soft: ZX SoundTracker 1.1 - the most crude tool ever. ;) And I love it after all, haha.

It's a totally short song made only to explore more capabilities of an ordinary AY chip in standard 50hz mode (no CPU support, like it’s on Atari ST platform).
I force the AY to make more and more strange things because it gives me fun (still ;) ).

Enjoy. ;)

Yes yes, it is short indeed (well, mostly it's only a technical experiment after all ;) ), but the truth is: the song is intended to land in a demo.
Demo must be for ZX Spectrum 48K (not the 128K one). Such a RAM is very small, so the computer has to load parts one by one.

The problem is, when it does it - it can't play music. Hence we always prepare demos constructed of several parts approx. 1:20 min. long. After this time - another part is being loaded. Like this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fWLWkxuN63g
Best wishes,
Y

Yeah, that was the purpose of my experiments this time. :) Buzzer echo! :)
And I'll give You a hint: there's also no volumes on BEEPER. But... There's still possibility to make echoes there. ;) D'ya get it? :->

hahahah that micromusic tag. Looks like I'm not the only one who bought that

Re: envelope echo, you can do that with either switching between saw and tri shape to do it in a fake way, or you can double or triple the envelope in the other channels at full volume and only 1 channel when "quiet"
