Math RULES

Hope you still have your Highschool textbooks and that old TI Calculator you haven't touched since you ran DOOM on it, because we're gonna do some math!

Math Rules is a battle that challenges an artist to create a work of visual art using only math equations. This means using linear equations to create lines and or shapes (or if there is any other math equation you prefer that makes shapes, than that too!)

Software one can use to accomplish this is pretty much any graphing tool (Desmos comes to mind as a surprisingly versatile tool; it even does 3d now!) or even your own custom software that processes math equations in a visual form (i.e., a custom python script that visualizes pi or any equation really)

Your understanding of math is the only limit between you and the art of your dreams, so get studying!

As a math teacher, I approve of this idea...but also, I often use Desmos at work, so it's kind of jarring to see in this context.
