that is, if you are trying to say the bears are talking in a language from mars.

however, if you are trying to saying there are bears talking to each other while on the planet Mars,it would be just that,

"bears talking to each other on Mars"

or

"Martian Bears talking"

Martian is pronounced (Mar-shen).
