the dislocation of the kick on 4 when it comes in is SO cool. there's a lot of intrigue built into the beat which carries this song through most of its runtime despite how short the loops are. i was surprised there weren't weirder permutations of the kick & friends to come actually!

I dig renoise and always think I'm half-decent with it until I hear somebody really go off and its like, oh, I could be pushing a lot more wth it. Great groove and love the "skittering" bits that bounce all around while other elements of it stay firmly in place.
