This is a picture of the Mémises I took today.
I scaled it down to 200² px, imported it to the Retro Image Tool which is a tool that allows to convert pictures to the Atari ST Neochrome Master format (that is, using rasters, 16 colours per scan line instead of just 16 colours for the whole screen). I chose an algorithm with nice glitches and saved it (*.IFF format) Then I opened it in Neochrome Master in an ST emulator to add the text. Then I saved it again and took a screenshotwhochwhoch I cropped (because the ST is 320*200 obviously) and scaled it up to 600² px (in GIMP), and saved (again). Then I went to botb (this website) and clicked the Winter Chip compo, scrolled to the chip battle art format and clicked the button. After which I started writing this short yet long enough paragraph. When I'm done I will click the Parcourir... button below (my OS is in French), I will choose my submission in the file selector and click SUBMIT ENTRY again (it's adifferntdifferent button on a different page but it says the same, also it doesn't have an icon).
As implied above, I have not used a pixel editor (apart from when I added the text). I did not draw the mountains, it was a photography I took with my phone.
Snowy mountains are beautiful.

Edit: As I opened my ST emulator again, the screen was frozen with the image of the mountains, with only one palette for all lines instead of the presumably 200, as the emulator was paused, no hbl interrupts to change the palettes. Thought it looked way better, took a screenshot and resubmitted.
