"épinette des Vosges" is a plucked string instrument from the 18th century. It is a bit similar to Appalachian dulcimer.

Mine has 3 drone strings, and 3 unison D strings. It is tuned in B flat.

Probably my favorite so far from this compo!! I had an instrument similar to this when I was a kid. Never could get it to stay in tune. I want to play a beat to this now!! :D
