Oh shit this is very good! (Imo wasted chance for a proper sample sound design, since this is S3xmodit, but i know i'm probably in the minority of those who think so lol)

curious that you used such large samples, k051649 samples are always fixed to 32 bytes long, just like namco n163, and envelopes over that - and you forgot mentioning that these scc tunes from konami also used the ay-3-8910 channels (square waves) for percussion and bass
