oh hooray, a song format! and one that i've been wanting to try anyway! i'm thankful for the opportunity because i definitely needed a few hours' practice before i'd be comfortable OHBing this format. and now i've had that

i like this tool! you can do a whole lot with the automation "Mod channels", though i wish you could do more to the whole song. the piano roll is neat, comparable most directly to pxtone, just able to be shaped in different ways. the volume shaper is kinda finicky but i do prefer it to having to draw in volume automation or whatever. it's still pretty neat!

i will say i used chrome for the ability to play notes via MIDI keyboard and it was much glitchier than in firefox. i thought about recording with all the glitchy pops because they were kinda cool, but it seems more reasonable to submit the exported render, so i did that.
