they are ice!!
Not ice in like they are frozen, but like they are literally ice.
Interestingly you can still move your fingers and when your hand melts, the ice just appears back.
It appears two Ice Ghosts have possessed your hands, thus that is why they are now Ice Hands.
Maybe you have ice super powers, or everything will slip out of your hands, I don't know, at least now you will never be too hot.
