I took some Patches from Tappy MDX, NRTDRV and they sound great.
For PCM Part I added Seq. Piano and Pads at 44Khz Stereo

VGM2MIDI (Sysex, VOPM) - OPM File Dump
VGMTools - Strip Chips to work on the Dumper
OpenMPT - Sequencing and VSTi
BASSVSTi and ColomboSoundfont
