Yeah, pretty much.
It was made with an obscure and clunky DOS program called
"Stephanie's PC Piano".
The program lets you make multi-track "recordings" by playing on your
computer keyboard (no support for MIDI or and any way to edit after recording).

Wow that's a pretty interesting piece of software to use. And considering the method, this isn't too bad... I'd say there are worse things I've heard in actual games back in the day lol. Although the second half didn't seem to work quite as well, but gives it an interesting dissonance and playful broken quality that could work well for a scene in game where the main character starts hallucinating, or they are in a bizarre alternate dimension, or something like a fun house hall of mirrors. Strange shit man! ;]
