Basically Flourish with MIDI tracks overlayed on top, like how Tilde likes his freestyles on Famicompo Pico.
Uses only the instrument patches found in flourish.mid. Was originally gonna be a MIDI, but the mesh between the MIDI and the original went so well that I decided to make it a wildchip (plus, I just need ONE MORE WILDCHIP to get a badge for it).
Took me almost 6 hours to arrange. This took longer than I expected :c
