few other custom textures (notably some flats and the walls with a cyberdemon or a spider mastermind/spiderdemon)

this was really fun to make.

72%/86%/0% in 4:05. i killed myself twice due to stupidity w/ the rocket launcher.

i thought there could have been more monsters/harder monsters, especially near the end when you have all that gear.

were there any secrets? i saw an arrow pointing into a hole i couldn't get into.

yes, there are secrets. 2 secrets to be exact.
also i agree about the monsters, there could have been more monsters, but i thought the portal you choose was enough.

At first I was kind of disappointed with the boring colours I saw upon starting, but then I started to almost fall in love with its simplistic design and professional lighting (seriously, the lighting is great). The gameplay is pretty fun, very Doom. :) I love it!

i have decided to turn this one map into one mappack, which consists of 3 maps (which will be available at doomworld/idgames).
work on the second map has already begun, and the release date for this will be mid-january 2015.

thanks! i had another map idea before this one, i scrapped it because i thought it wasn't good. you can download it

Way too much ammo in the boss rooms and nothing to kill after you're done with 'em. I did really enjoy the spider demon arena and killing it with 15 health. I thought the stairs to the courtyard were needlessly steep and the inability to trespass the nukage in that same courtyard was a bit irksome.

well, i'll be sure to remove the impassable walls from the courtyard in the doomworld release!
also, planning to make a reasonable of the ammo in the boss rooms available only in the easiest difficulties. thanks for the demos!

Correction: there was enough ammo ONLY on the Spider Mastermind path. If you visit the Cyberdemon room afterwards, then yup, there will be enough ammo for him too.
