for PCE renders, i guess people are outputting to HES (if they can) and then rendering from Mednafen.

surprised people haven't hooked mednafen into a player plugin yet.

I bugged ValleyBell about it to at least include it in VGMPlay, with no success yet (though he said he'd look into it for libvgmplay), but that sounds like a good alternative as well !
