Having read the rules on the Lyceum, I will reluctantly reupload the mp3 as the stupid general midi version if someone decides to call me out on it but I think the rules should be changed to allow the new sounds.

since this is very very new and we don't have any consensus on it yet i think it's fine for muse sounds to at least be a part of today's AC format, but going forward we'll see what happens
