For some reason when working on this tune late last night (finished around 3AM), I kept imagining bunch random things related to ticking clock/gears/timer that's rapidly running out. Maybe it was the last call for bed. Anyway - that's the story for the naming in short.

almost got a working victracker 2.1 vt2prg windows port working a few nights ago :/ nobody has a full perl environment with -debug "pl2exe" for windows done yet. so vt2prg is still a linux-only thing at the moment :/
