@Zillah The rules explicitly say that the post should be an MP3: "All tunes will be rendered to MP3 for voting accessibility."
A forty-five-second long song designed to be the theme for the NES game Super Russian Roulette.
It was created over the course of two-and-a-half weeks. Even though I didn't even know about the existence of Super Russian Roulette two-and-a-half weeks ago, I started making a ragtime piano jam. Then I learned about the game's existence. Then I learned about this competition's existence. So then I sought out to finish the piano song and turn it into a NES song.
Since the song is going to be in a party game, games that are typically fun, I wanted to create that sense of fun and wonder in this little shindig. It turned out to be a nice loop, but it sounded better as a kind of short title theme to the game.
It has a bouncy, walking bass line. It's just gotta have it.
