Adventure on the Candy Island



Prologue

You are standing at the window at work during lunch break. Looking at the skies, you are thinking about how badly you are sick of it all: work, colleagues, bills... It's good to be a child, just run around and don't worry about anything...

What if there was a fairy land of sweets? Up there, in the skies... Flying Candy Island... Your imagination drives you far, far away...



Act I: Welcome to the Candy Island!

...You wake up in the middle of the meadow full of caramel flowers. There is a river with soda water flowing nearby. The trees are covered in cotton candy. Where are you?

Lead by the chief of the village that can be seen in the distance, singing and dancing candy people are walking towards you.

- Greetings, adventurer! Nice to see you on our Candy Island! You can taste everything you see and join our fest! But, please, don't hurt us!

- OK, with pleasure! You shouldn't ask twice!

Act II: Caffeine and sugar overdose

The time speeds up. Your hands start shaking. Your stress-caused hunger starts growing and you think: "What if I try a piece of candy people, just a little bit..."

... Everything ends as fast as it started. You are lying on the almost destroyed meadow and hear your heartbeat, the bitten and moaning candy people are everywhere around you... But something has changed in the behavior of the sweets. The chief is full of anger.

- You're a fool! You shouldn't have tasted the candy people! Now they are infected with your germs! Their bodies and minds are decomposing. The ancient curse has been made, and now you will behold...



Act III: The rise of Caries

The Master of Pain, the Teeth Crusher and the Lord of Bacteria came to Candy Island! The bitten and infected candies have become Caries's minions now. They crave for your teeth and flesh! What have you done...

- No way! I'll never leave my dream in danger! Tell me, chief, is there a way to defeat Caries's minions?

- Caries has power only in case he has infected servants. Beat them and you will survive! Reject your fear and take this Holy Dental Floss. Only this can hurt Cries's minions!

You look around at the field covered with smashed bodies of candy zombies... Caries has retrieved into the void. The victory is yours! But at what price?

Meanwhile, the skies have darkened, and you see primal horror in the eyes of the village chief.

- Oh, no! Before Caries was defeated, he had managed to use the rest of his strength and the bodies of his minions to summon the absolute evil!



Act IV: The Touch of Diabetes

He summoned Diabetes - the younger brother of the Plague, the first of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse. All the sweets are cursed for you now, they will hurt you if you touch them. Hurry! You must leave the island now! Or you will die...

Epilogue

...After your have escaped you open your eyes and see a white figure descending to you from the skies. The person is surrounded by the light and their gorgeous mustache flutter like angel's wings!
