Haha dude this is great, I can totally picture a shinchan style cartoon platformer with this.

This entry is... weird.

I can't tell whether or not this was intentional, but some sections are like a quarter-tone out from each other, and the switch between sections happens so suddenly the effect is really jarring.

As a result it unsettles the piece in such a way that what would be a happy-but-kinda-plain sounding entry now sounds kinda manic and eerie and even kinda.. dark, and I'm having trouble deciding whether that's a good thing or not.

On one hand the odd tuning differences certainly make things more interesting, and I do usually like happy sounding songs that have kind-of a dark bent to them. On the other hand this entry makes me feel a bit seasick

I get what you mean but it didn't make me feel seasick, the detune if fantastic spice to me and earned the track a few points :)
