The C64 format is intended for C64 music, as you might expect, the details of which are here: http://battleofthebits.com/lyceum/View/sid%20(format) . This is in no way C64 music. No matter the circumstance you should always strive to follow the rules of the compo--that includes both the format and the bitpack. It doesn't matter how late you are, there is no excuse; the rules are there for a reason. If you don't have time to make a rule-following entry, you don't have time to make an entry.
