i heard about this from a Pokemon episode years ago, but not from ZX-Spectrum loading screens... :O - so, as i still don't know how easily i can remove or replace it, the admin is totally welcome on removing it, highlight the rules about this at Lyceum, and perhaps punish the "artist" here with another troll label for a week (or worse...)
