Well, this is ironic... your SPC file is actually too small. This is because the DSP register values are always stored at $10100 (an offset of 65,792 bytes) in a SPC file, and you accidentally cut that off (the SPC file itself must always be 66,048 bytes, without any extended ID666 tagging).

lol I see, I had too much fun with hex editing but it works in spcplay. But anyways I'll fix the file then.

I can understand why this is confusing... because all of the DSP registers are set to zero when produced by SNESMod. This is definitely not the case when you're dumping SPCs from actual video games.
