Can someone explain me what does "boonsave" mean?

In short, we’re trying to encourage participants to put effort into their entries. To me a boonsave entry would be something that was thrown together either to be a bit trollish or just to try and save boons (site currency) since it costs boons to host a competition and you get them back with enough entries.
