late penalties are OFF for this one, to get everyone back in the swing of pxtone and/or botb : )

be sure to check out side's pxtone offshoot, ptcollab, if you are just getting into the format! compared to the original, it has many quality-of-life upgrades and features. highly recommended https://github.com/yuxshao/ptcollab
