according to Mel, there might be a problem with the battle system currently preventing late submissions. (it just happened with a 2HB earlier, unsure if it affects OHB too yet.)

so, this week in particular, i highly recommend submitting on time, just in case. don't let your hour potentially go to waste ! :0

edit: late submissions were not in fact broken for this, interesting
