you can add as many "effects" and "misc" modules to this as you want (such as lfo, sound2ctl, reverb, echo) and modify the parameters of the initial modules as much as you want, but you cannot add any more "synth" modules (such as sampler, analog generator, fm, spectravoice). You also cannot add another metamodule that contains more synth modules.
